Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is making a magical move towards inclusivity! 🧚♀️✨
A recent update has brought a wave of excitement to young Disney fans and their families. The beloved Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, located in the Magic Kingdom, has expanded its dress selection to include adaptive and extended sizes for some Disney Princess dresses. And that's not all—they've also introduced an Encanto dress add-on, bringing the enchanting world of Encanto to life!
But here's where it gets even more exciting: Aurora and Cinderella dresses now come in adaptive and extended sizes, ensuring that more children can feel like royalty. When guests arrive and choose their dresses on the computer, they'll notice icons indicating the availability of these special sizes. A helpful feature, indeed!
The dress sizes at Walt Disney World range from 3 to 14, with extended sizes available from 5/6P to 16/18P for select styles. Imagine the joy on a child's face when they find the perfect fit! However, it's important to note that costume styles and sizes are subject to availability, so it's always best to check beforehand.
Now, let's talk about the Encanto dresses. The Mirabel and Isabela dresses are available as an 'Extra Magic' add-on for $69.99 each, but they only go up to size 13. And while the Disneyland location also offers extended sizes for select styles, the specific styles remain a mystery.
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique has been busy! Last fall, they introduced several changes, including a simplified package system. The Encanto package was removed, leaving just four packages at Disneyland and three at Magic Kingdom. But the Fairy Godmother now joins the fun, greeting guests and roaming Fantasyland in the mornings, adding an extra sprinkle of magic!
And let's not forget the cast members, who received new costumes, adding to the overall enchantment.
